終於驚完LAR﹗
由12號到而家足足驚了十幾日﹐原因是我報了今晚的金一哩選拔賽呀。 12號那天我用了5'50"去完成一個1500, 但是若要入選金一哩的話要用5'50"跑1609米喎﹐
足足'爭' 至少20秒﹐ 咁咪包艇都似﹖ 於是我便用足十日準備比賽﹐ 今個星期無去練波﹐ 又無打LEAGUE﹐ 返去實比阿SIR鬧死﹗
仲有咪要好衰仔咁QUIT了馬拉松囉﹐ 我咁大個女﹐ 都未試過跑比賽中途QUIT咖(練習除外﹐ Hee....) 結果MA﹐ 都係跑唔到那個時間﹐
我跑6'09", 第六﹐唔駛包﹐ 不過我發現只有三四個人跑到那個STANDARD咖咋﹗ 雖然係慢過以前﹐ 但原來我都唔係好差o者﹗
號外﹕鐵人係自己個HEAT都跑第九﹐ 所以入選無望LU。
後記﹕鐵人都有份玩, 因為好多勁人都揀玩大專賽, 排十幾都可以入選, 我就慘喇, 雖然係總成績第六, 但係因為田總cancel了本港女子賽事,
所以無我份咯!

Yesterday, many people joined the Marathon lar, there were over
20 city xcoun and ex-xcoun people. Many DART guys were also there,
but many have quited.
The weather was really not good, cloudy and wet! Due to my personal
reason (many of u should know), I stopped right after I passed the
10K mark at about 54'. And when I was asking for the staff how could
I return to the end point, I found Freeman was sitting at the AMS
counter and we was sitting there for a while to cheer up our friends
passed by there. And then we jogged back to the end point. I felt
embrassed lar when some people (those I know or don't know) since
I was a escaper lar! I returned back at about 8:30am and then I
need to wait for my friends lar. I couldn't find any one of them
until one hour later, which the half-marathon guys went back. Most
of them told me that their result was not so good (In fact, as you
can watched from the TV, the faster male marathoner ran not so good
too, he needed 2:21 ar , the fastest women of 1/2m took 1:40 and
for 10K women the fastest one took 40'!) A boy of City (the xcoun
team cap this yr) which I guessed he would be the fastest one to
return (he ran 3:3x last yr), really returned at about that time
lar, but it is disappointed to tell that he has also quited too!
As I wanted to get the soveniors of Reebok, I changed my shoes and
needed to wait until 10:50 (3:50 is a more resonable for a women
to finish the marathon, haha!) and pretended to be exhausted, tricky?
But I was lucky that I could get a watch even I have quited the
marathon.
Besides the running friends, I also met some hiking and rowing
friends there. There were many interesting things lar, such as a
City xcoun boy couldn't wake up ar, wehn he arrived Tsim Sha Tsui,
the lorry for logguage has left. Although he saw some 10K runners
brought their ower rackpack to run, he thought that it was so harsh
to run a 'trailwalker' within 5 hours lar. Therefore, he went to
Shum Tsui Po Sports Ground and start to run from the end point,
當很多十K的人衝線時, 他就逆流而上. It was a good story to remind u not to be late
